AI at Work Pulse Survey Official Sweepstakes Rules

These Official Rules govern the AI at Work Pulse Survey Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). By entering, you agree to these Official Rules.
Sponsor. Mercor.io Corporation. 181 Fremont St., Fl 33, San Francisco, CA 94105. (“Sponsor”)
No purchase or payment necessary. No purchase, payment, or continued engagement with Sponsor is necessary to enter or win. Entry is entirely voluntary. Choosing to enter or not to enter will not affect your working relationship with Sponsor, your task placement, your eligibility for future work, or your pay.
Eligibility. Open to individuals who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in the individual’s state of residence, whichever is greater) at the time of entry and who complete the AI at Work Pulse survey during an Entry Period. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Entry Periods. The Sweepstakes runs in three monthly Entry Periods:Period 1: September 9, 2026 through September 30, 2026, 11:59 p.m. PacificPeriod 2: October 1, 2026 through October 31, 2026, 11:59 p.m. PacificPeriod 3: November 1, 2026 through November 30, 2026, 11:59 p.m. PacificEntries are assigned to the Entry Period in which the survey was completed. Entries do not carry over.
How to enter. Complete and submit the AI at Work Pulse survey during an Entry Period. Limit one entry per person per Entry Period. Incomplete surveys are not eligible.
Prizes. Five (5) prizes of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) will be awarded in each Entry Period. Fifteen (15) prizes total. Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $1,500. No substitution or transfer of prizes.
Odds. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period.
Drawing. Winners will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period, within [ten] business days after the Entry Period closes. Drawings will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding.
Winner notification and prize delivery. Winners will be notified by the email address associated with their Mercor account within [five] business days of the drawing. A winner who does not respond within [fourteen] days may be disqualified and an alternate selected. Prizes will be delivered by adding the winner to a project and issuing the prize amount as a bonus payment through Sponsor’s standard contractor payment process. Any temporary project placement used to process the payment is an administrative step only. Receipt of a prize does not require the winner to perform any work, accept any task, or enter into or continue any engagement with Sponsor.
Taxes. Prizes are taxable income. Prize amounts will be reported on the winner’s Form 1099 where required. Winners are solely responsible for all taxes.
Privacy. Information collected is used to administer the Sweepstakes and is handled in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy. Survey responses are used and published only in aggregate, anonymized form.
Winners list. For the names of winners, send a request to [email protected] within [thirty] days after the final drawing. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name in the winners list described in this Section.
Release and limitation of liability. By entering, each entrant agrees to release Sponsor and its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents, from any liability for any loss or damage arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of a prize, except where such release is prohibited by law.
General. Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if it cannot be conducted as planned. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
