No. Mercor doesn't require your employees to participate, and we ask that you don't either. Each participant signs a consent form with us before recording starts and can stop at any time.
There's no fee and no equipment cost to you. We supply, maintain, and replace the capture kits, and we pay you for approved hours.
You review and approve every recording before it's uploaded, so nothing goes out without your OK. We also ask that you get consent from anyone you plan to film around.
Rates range from $12 to $18 per approved hour and depend on the kind of work your team does. We'll confirm expected earnings for your business during our intro call.
Footage that's clearly usable: well lit, with hands visible in frame, showing the task being performed. We share simple guidelines up front, and the vast majority of footage passes.
